PRESCHOOL MINISTRY

The Preschool Ministry at University Heights is a place where all families are welcome. We provide a variety of ways for preschoolers and their families to make Jesus known while playing and learning together.

Here's an overview of what you can expect for your little ones.

SUNDAY MORNINGS

At 9:30am on each Sunday morning, our preschoolers (Birth-K) gather with a caring and talented team of teachers for The Forest. This is a perfect time for them to learn more about God as they play together. The curriculum and schedule is designed to provide a developmentally age-appropriate experience that will leave them wanting to come back.

If you're the parent of a Kindergartner, we invite you to take them with you after their small group for the first portion of the 10:45am worship service. They'll spend a few minutes with you learning what "big church" is before dismissing to Noah's Park for an age-appropriate worship time.

While Kindergartners are having fun in worship, children Birth-PreK transition to First Look where a paid staff member and additional adult volunteers spend extended time teaching and caring for your child. The consistent team and safe environment provide peace of mind and a knowledge they are learning about the love of God while you worship with your church family.

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS

While you participate in a small group or other events on Wednesday nights, our KidsKare team will ensure your preschooler has lots of fun learning about Jesus with activities that instruct and entertain. Bible lessons, crafts, playgroud time, and good friends are sure to make the night fun for your child.

KEEPING YOUR CHILD SECURE

Your child's safety is highly important to us. Our ministry uses a secure system for check-in and check-out to ensure all children only leave with known parents or guardians. You will be enrolled in the system and given a demonstration during your first visit.

There are many other things too numerous to list here. We'd love to tell you more about them, so join us this week!
